What are you listening to?

If you are going to spend time outdoors this summer, it is super important you have the right soundtrack, a perfectly blended mix of tunes that go together like steak and salad or gin and tonic.

I’ve put together a Spotify playlist especially for those barbecues or garden cocktail parties, for lazing in the garden or chilling at the beach.

I believe that it’s called Al Fresco – on Spotify

So, pop a bottle and get the BBQ fired up – these tunes should keep the head nodding as the sun blazes down.

Massive Spotify Update

My favourite music streaming site has had a major upgrade today – version 0.43 of the client software adds a number of cool features, amongst them:

• Connect to Facebook – lots of sites adding this at the moment.
• Social Network inside Spotify – so you can connect to people who are using the service (I’m MattR by the way)
• Local Files can be added! So the 30gig of music on my work laptop doesn’t need to be played through a seperate player

The update starts rolling out to clients today – looking forward to checking this out.
