Monday morning – sun shining, despite a light dusting of snow to the West of London… here are my reasons to be cheerful today…

• New Hot Chip album is released today – One Life Stand– and it’s bloody fantastic.
• Peter Serafinowicz’s take on the iPad is very clever.
• Nicole’s Blog keeps getting better, whilst Nicole keeps getting smaller – check out DietBlogger at MSN
• Last week was really productive at work. This week I’m seeing light at the end of a work tunnel – and things are improving day by day.

Monday morning rolls round – the start of another week, the page is blank again so this is your chance to be awesome once more. Here are my top reasons to be cheerful this week…

• New Tindersticks album gets released today – looking forward to getting a listen to that…
• I’m organised, I have a good plan and some simple priorities this week.
• The Brits are coming – I’ll be blogging my predictions this week. I love the fun and games of the Brit Awards
• The guv’nor is tweeting – worth subscribing to this one. (I’m here…)
• I’m back at the gym and feeling the benefits of the endorphins already.

Reasons to be Cheerful #2

Monday morning rolls around again – but I’m not phased – here’s why I am cheerful today…

• Snowmageddon is over- the big thaw is complete and days are getting longer…I’m already booked in for my summer hols and counting down the days.
• Still smirking at Ray Winstone on Jonathan Ross on Friday – funny man, looking dapper – a legend! His new movie is also amazing.
• I have 96 themes for Windows 7 and I fancy changing to look and feel a little bit this week.
• This great story of a Guantanamo Bay guard who made contact with ex-captives.
• I made great progress last week – this week is going to be even better!

Why am I so cheerful this morning?

• The big freeze ® is thawing – but still people need to be careful, this will take a lot of melting!
• The porridge on my desk is perfectly made – juice and great coffee to follow
• Chris Evans starts his new job this morning – good to see a decent radio talent back in the big time.
• Lost – Season 6 – starts soon, appointment TV
• Its a new week – and I have a plan – do you?

Reasons to be cheerful – New Year Special

Today might be tough for some people – not for me, I’m actually looking forward to 2010 and even getting back to work, so I’m up early at at them! I have my revolution ideas and I have Nick Bates’ Monday poster near my desk.

Most of all though – I have tons of good stuff to look forward to – not least of which is some marvellous music due to drop in 2010 – here are some of the albums I am really looking forward to.
