Friday Hero #24 –Focus
I try not to worry about things I can’t do anything about. Christopher Walken
When I’m preoccupied with lots of ‘stuff’, I try and make sure I capture those things on paper – and forget about them – at least until I NEED them. That way I can focus on what is important right now, not the errands I need to run or the problem I have elsewhere.
A by-product of capturing them, is that it gives me a chance to assess whether they really need to be worried about – if not, then I shed them. You’ll feel better for it.
