I really like the idea of this – apparently uber-producer Timbaland, is going to be working on the new Coldplay album…which will follow X&Y and probably drop sometime in 2008. I heard a sort of bootleg of Chris Martin singing with Nelly Furtado during the making of her album, with Timbaland producing – there was definately some rapport going on in the studio, with Chris Martin improvising vocals over a lovely crunchy beat. The track ended up on the album – All Good Things, but the final version was a little more polished.
I loved this banner at the Wales vs England Rugby at the weekend…I’m not sure I understand the origin onf the song that the welsh fans sing so well – but it sounded great as they roared themselves to victory!
The last one seemed quite popular…so I thought I would put up another 6 of my favourite housey tunes for your listening pleasure. The tracklisting is as follows:
Sebastian Leger – Hypnotized
Delirium – Silence (Trentemoller Remix)
Africanism Allstars – Hard (Murk Mix)
68 beats – Replay the Night
Those Guys – I walk alone (Haji and Emmanuel Mix)
Basement Jaxx – Take me back to your house
These should keep you nicely smiling as the good weather comes around! It would be great if you could leave a comment if you download, I’d love to know who’s feeling the mixes (or otherwise).

If you like your DJ mixes – you could do a lot worse than checking out discobelle.net - this is a standout music blog that highlights some of the best DJ mixes that I’ve ever heard, alongside some really cool and sometimes odd remixes - I specifically recommend the Kid Fresh mix they posted recently which is awesome set of eclectic tunes, really well mixed with an old school cut and paste style which really lends itself well to the selection. Great Stuff!
Its been a long time, since I left you,

Short – to the point, 6 of my current favourite tunes…
Its been a struggle – since I got my Zune – to establish a good, accurate and quick workflow for getting DVD content onto the Zune. I’ve settled on the Avex DVD to Zune converter – which seems to do a reasonable job – I’m still working on getting 100% right – but one thing that really frustrates me is the fact that it won’t do all the episodes of a TV series in one go, you have to manually switch between each episode, and then run that conversion individually There must be a better way!
Its been ages since I started tinkering, but I think I’ve made my final change - but I’ve really been trying to get the right feel for my site – this is it, apart from some minor cosmetic modifications which I will try to get to this weekend (primarily fixing those links at the top – and maybe putting a small picture rail across the header), this is the new look for my site. I’ve been trying to get it right, because I’m going to start podcasting some music and mixes, first one should be up next week.
