Interesting post over on Zunescene - someone has opened up the Zune software using some diagnostic software (Resource Hacker) and has found some features in the software that haven’t been enabled yet. Looks like some of these maybe enabled in future versions of the Zune software:

• Synchronised lyrics display (not sure I’d be interested - but a lot of people like the lyrics showing)
• A minimode for the Zune client (err yes - why isn’t this in place already - like in WMP11)
• Podcasts (no surprise here - but it would be usefult to get these automated)

Its no surprise to me that there will be a LOT of development on both the client and the player over coming months - V1 of the Zune is just a platform. What other features should be on the Zune wish-list?
