Some hotel rooms have great views, and some have views like this - room 529 at the Hilton Gateshead - across the Tyne River from the center of Newcastle… in the foreground is the legendary ‘Tuxedo Princess’ which becomes a party boat all weekend…it’s berthed in the shadow of the mighty Tyne Bridge - which is a monument to the industrial revolution - beautiful.
